Sample project case study

The proposal - Green Business Light was approached by the finance manager of a packaging manufacturing business who recently had an energy audit of how much the lighting in the production facility was costing each month. The findings of of this survey meant he was looking to urgently reduce the large energy wastage that arose from using 400W HPS lights on 16 hour day shifts.

What we did - Green Business Light arranged visits from three industrial lighting suppliers who calculated the energy & money savings possible with their proposed energy efficient lighting schemes.

The outcome - After installation the new lighting system saved 52% on direct electricity usage - the payback time was calculated at 18 months with direct energy savings of over £1000 per month.
